Level Designers

Requirements & Skills
- Professional or modding experience with UE3 / UDK preferred
- Familiarity with gameplay conventions in other realism FPS's strongly preferred
- Must be able to sketch or create 3d mockups to represent gameplay ideas
- Work independently to meet project milestones and remain an active participant in our creative team (take and give critique)
- Working knowledge of either Max / Maya

Weapon Animators

Requirements & Skills
- Creation of believable and highly detailed first and third person animations
- Knowledge of weapon rigging and export for UE3 is a must
- Be able to work in 3ds MAX 2010 or newer
- Requires active communication with our team of artists / technical persons

UE3 / UDK Technical Artists

Requirements & Skills
- Expertise in Kismet, Cascade, or the UDK Material Editor helpful
- Setup nodes and volumes to support our gameplay and AI systems
- Assist level designers in the creation of special effects and scripted events
- Terrain sculpting and set dressing as need arises
- Organic or hard surface modelling experience a big plus

Environment Artists

Requirements & Skills
- Skills in organic and / or hard-surface modelling
- Expertise with normal map bakes / ZBrush
- Knowledge of the UDK Material Editor and the UE3 export pipeline (LOD, lightmapping, collisions)
- Responsible for unwrapping UVs and creating textures for assets
- Be willing to work from historical references, which may often be vague or incomplete

Foliage artists

Requirements & Skills
- Should have skills in ZBrush or specialized knowledge in a package such as XFrog / Paint Effects / SpeedTree
- Knowledge of Photoshop and a major 3D package such as Maya / Max for the creation of render-to-texture bakes and specialized masks
- Willingness to test and work with new techniques
- Ability to handpaint textures highly desirable
- Familiarity with vertex painting a plus

Requirements & Skills
- Help us model NPC's and other forces present in the theatre
- Must exhibit strong organic modeling skills (ZBrush)
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy as shown through a portfolio of sculpts / drawings
- Capable of producing good low-polygon topology for animations
- Experience modelling and texturing character models at a range of poly counts will be valued
